Citrorama, Rheinberg, September 4-5, 2004

For the second time, the German Citroën fair Citrorama was held in Rheinberg, just an hour driving from the Dutch-German border. The first Citrorama in 2003 was not very well patronized. This years, affairs looked slightly more positive.
Left: Messe Niederrhein is accomodated well for Citrorama, and offers enough possibilities for the event to grow in the years to come. Right: amazing Citroën C2 barn find.
The Visa is more popular in Germany than one would expect. Relatively many Visas are two cilinder variants, which were quite often used by elderly drivers. The owner of the red Club on the far right bought three Visas in the week before Citrorama took place. The Club was sold to him as a scrap car, but its new owner found out its condition was remarkably good.
Far left: Panhard PL 17B Confort S. Left: beautiful early Dyane.
Right: MEP monoposto. Far right: extensively restored prewar 11 CV Coupé.
Far left: good early DS. Left: GS Pallas.
Left: CX Loadrunner six wheeler. Right: early CX, presented by German CX Club.
Right: original 1962 ID 19 ambulance.
